Wahai jiwa baik yang sedang terluka oleh kepalsuan dan ketidak-setiaan, dengarlah ini …

Sesungguhnya kesedihanmu itu tidak baru.

Lihat dan perhatikanlah hatimu lekat-lekat, dan beritahulah aku, apakah deritamu itu baru?
...
Sama sekali, kekecewaan dan lukamu itu, tidak baru.

Bukankah itu sebabnya ia demikian pedih? Karena ia adalah sodetan baru di atas robekan lama oleh kepalsuan yang belum selesai kau pulihkan dengan maafmu.

Sesungguhnya yang terluka adalah harapan baikmu. Karena engkau berharap bahwa hatimu yang pernah terluka itu, diperlakukannya dengan lembut, dengan sentuhan tersejuk dari cinta yang kau harapkan darinya.

Tak akan adil bagiku untuk mengkhotbahkan kekuatan sekarang, saat hatimu lebih membutuhkanku duduk di sebelahmu sebagai pendengar yang baik.

Mungkin lebih adil bagiku, untuk menundukkan wajahku bersamamu dalam doa dan harapan agar hatimu yang piatu itu diselamatkan, agar Tuhan tak membiarkanmu berlarut terhimpit antara kesampaian-hatinya untuk melukaimu, dengan kebaikan hatimu untuk berupaya setia bahkan kepada dia yang tak pantas menerima cintamu.

Marilah kita berdoa bersama, agar Tuhan melembutkan hati orang yang tak perduli dengan kesedihanmu, yang sedikit pun tak merasa kasihan melihat kesedihan di wajahmu yang menggelayut bersama tenggelamnya hatimu.

Atau jika bukan itu yang direstui oleh Tuhan, marilah kita memohon agar Tuhan menjadikanmu tegas untuk membebaskan dirimu dari cinta yang hanya ada pada hatimu, tapi yang tak terhubung dengan apa pun di hatinya yang dusta.

Engkau berhak untuk berbahagia.

Wahai jiwa baik yang dicintai Tuhan, cobalah jawab dengan seluruh kejujuran hatimu,

Sesungguhnya, apakah engkau berharap hanya kepada Tuhan, atau kepada manusia penista cinta.

Sesungguhnya, di dalam kebeningan hatimu, tersedia jalan keluarmu, jika engkau hanya berharap kepada Tuhanmu.

How To Always Be Happy at Your Workplace


Are you happy at your workplace? Do you enjoy your job? If the answer no, you must read this. Be happy at your workplace is so important when you are working because happiness at work surely increases productivity level and quality of your work. Nowadays, you can see many people complain about their job and do not enjoy working anymore. They even feel stress and bored with their activity. So, if you feel like that, here you are the three main steps : think positively, making your desk comfortable, and refresh your mind and body once in a while may help you to always be happy at your workplace.
The first step is you have to think positively about your work. You will not enjoy your work if you have negative think in your mind. You should be grateful that you have a job, because there are many people out there who do not have a job like what you have now. So think positively, do the best for your work, enjoy your time while working and remember to always keep smile could make you happy at workplace. I believe that by this way it will influence the quality of your work.
Turning to step two, you can make your desk comfortable. Take your spare time to clear up or decorate your desk or your room. You may start with arranging your documents in an office drawer or in a self. After that you can decorate your room as long as you company policy permits and make it comfortable and relax to work. Maybe you can set a family photo on your desk or a picture of your boyfriend or girlfriend to make the atmosphere prettier. So you will be happy and feel satisfied in that space.
Refresh your mind and body once in a while is the last steps. Office work sometimes can make us feel bored. It is especially important to your overall sense of health and happiness to take a few minutes during your workday to get up and move a little. Maybe during the break time you can invite your friends for lunch or hangout with them to interesting place. Thus, that way may help you to refresh your mind if you feel boring with your job and you need refreshing.
In conclusion, be happy at workplace is very important to improve your productivity or quality of your work by thinking positively about your work, making your desk comfortable and refreshing your mind and body once in a while are the steps that would help you to always be happy at your workplace.

How to Handle Your Stress

      Well, usually when I fell stress with all of my assignments or tasks I like listening to music and then sing songs loudly.I think it makes me feel better after that, because I can chase away the stress.
      Beside that if I feel gloomy, I prefer  hang out with my sister or with my friends. I can be happy and forget all of my assignments for awhile, yeah I can refresh my mind.
      I think that's all, how I usually do to handle stress. These activities can give me new spirit and energy to face our assignments.. ^^
